Personal Information: Mr. Brown is a Culpeper native. He works as a commercial and industrial electrician and is a proud brother of IBEW Local 26. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hiking, fishing and volunteering as a coach for the Culpeper Soccer Club.

Education: Graduate of Eastern View High School - Class of 2009; and Associate's Certificate from Germanna Community College in 2012.
