While the Town of Culpeper has exercised every reasonable effort to insure the accuracy of the information found on this site, the Town makes no warranty of guarantee, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, and/or reliability of the information contained herein.

The Town of Culpeper only assumes responsibility for the accuracy of information contained within bid/proposal packages, and any applicable addenda, which are obtained directly from: Town of Culpeper, 400 S. Main St, Suite 109, Culpeper, VA 22701. It is the responsibility of any vendor to notify the Town of Culpeper Procurement Officer at fax (540) 825-8239 or by E-Mail when solicitation packages are downloaded from this site. Any vendor wishing to receive addenda pertaining to the downloaded solicitation package shall submit the following to the above fax number: bid/proposal number, company name, contact name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address.

However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that they have a complete and accurate solicitation package, and any addenda issued, if any, before submitting their formal bid or proposal package to the Town. The Town retains the right to reject any incomplete submittals.
